All quotations provided by Quick & Easy Moving are based on the information provided by the Customer. Any variations to the details provided may result in an adjustment to the final pricing. Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated on the estimate, and we reserve the right to adjust our prices in line with market changes, availability, or other factors.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method agreed upon. Non-payment or late payment may result in additional fees or withholding of services.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least a week in advance. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Quick & Easy Moving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational disruptions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that:
- All items to be moved are packed and ready for transportation.
- Adequate access is available for our team and vehicles at both the pickup and delivery locations.
- Items are insured, if desired, as Quick & Easy Moving is not liable for items not covered by insurance.
- Accurate information is provided regarding the size, weight, and volume of the items being moved.
7. Liability
Quick & Easy Moving takes great care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to items that have not been properly packed by the Customer.
- Any delay caused by external factors such as traffic, road conditions, or weather.
- Items of extraordinary value (e.g., jewelry, art, or important documents) unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in advance.
Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our services will be limited to the value of the service provided or an agreed amount as per our insurance terms.
8. Insurance
Quick & Easy Moving recommends that all Customers take out appropriate insurance to cover their items during transit. We provide basic coverage as part of our service, but this may not cover all types of damages or losses. Customers are encouraged to review their insurance needs and make necessary arrangements.
9. Force Majeure
Quick & Easy Moving is not responsible for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or any other events that prevent us from delivering the service.
10. Intellectual Property
