Yes, we take Vancouver households and small offices across the border to Seattle. Our crew loads at your BC address, drives south with your belongings and unloads at your Seattle address. One crew and one truck handle the move door to door, so the people who carry your furniture out also carry it into your new place.
Our Vancouver moving service covers the pickup side, including apartment and small moves. For a downtown pickup, let us know any elevator and loading-zone times your building gives you.
For the run south, we use the Pacific Highway commercial crossing at Surrey/Blaine, then follow Interstate 5 to Seattle. Commercial trucks cannot use Peace Arch. The route covers roughly 230 km, with about 2.5 to 3 hours of driving before the border wait.
Paperwork for Your Household Goods
If your household goods enter the United States without you in the vehicle, gather US Customs and Border Protection Form 3299. Its full name is “Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied Articles”.
You will also need a detailed, itemised inventory to support the declaration. Start with the belongings you intend to take to Seattle, so the list describes what will travel in the truck.
If you plan to leave some belongings in Vancouver, keep those separate from the inventory for the border.

How long is the drive from Vancouver to Seattle?
Allow about 2.5 to 3 hours of driving over roughly 230 km, plus the border wait. That driving estimate covers the road between the cities; our crew also needs time to load at your Vancouver home and unload in Seattle. Keep those parts of the day in mind when planning your own arrival.
What paperwork do I need for the border?

What should I check with my Vancouver condo building?
