Yes, you can book on your parent’s behalf and pay by credit card from another city. A deposit secures the moving date, and you pay the balance when we finish. We also accept cash and cheque if those suit your arrangements better.
What if the new home is not ready on moving day?
We can keep belongings in secure, monitored storage while you wait for the new home. You can arrange a short stay for a gap between moving dates or longer storage if you need more time before taking those belongings with you.
How do you handle fragile keepsakes and family photographs?
We give family photographs, heirlooms and keepsakes special attention and wrap them properly for the move. Tell us which belongings need that care when we discuss packing. You can ask us to pack those items even if you plan to pack the rest yourself.
